Some of the care givers are more experienced than others. My mother was in one of the memory care cottages and she could be a handful to deal with those who were inexperienced in dementia patient behavior and sundowner syndrome. They would have to call us constantly to get my mother to cooperate with them. Her personal hygiene was a concern for us. Pacifica Green Valley is a nice assisted living facility. I am always warmly greeted by the staff. The staff works as a team. Many of the employees have a compassion ans calling to work with the elderly. The facility is well kept and clean.
