As soon as I walked into the complex I felt very comfortable and safe for my dad to reside there. I felt the staff were friendly and hospitable. I felt [name removed] was very understanding of the predicament I was in with my dad and she was right there to help.

When I search for a word that best describes Pacifica Green Valley, the word PHENOMENAL immediately comes to mind. My Mother resides in an Assisted Living Cottage and has limited mobility. Her daily care is consistently given with dignity, grace, and genuine concern. The management team takes special care to know my Mother's needs and interacts with her showing true interest. Love the concept of cottages. Seems most of staff cares not merely a job! Sometimes maintenance issues take too long to be resolved. Meals usually pretty great! Pets allowed! Memory care needs more access to activities. Very friendly at Pacifica!
