I find the staff very helpful and I completely trust them to take care of my mom. I can call and always get full detail of how she is doing. I get updates from her hospice nurse and I am so thankful we found Pacifica. I will always recommend Pacifica to anyone who is looking for a good place for their loved one.

Trusting my mom [name removed] to just anyone wasn't what I wanted and I didn't wasn't just anyone taking care of her, but at Pacifica I can! From staff to caregiving of mom I can rest assured she is taken care of; "peace of mind" is our important thing. I know mom is safe, cared for and well-fed, and looked after as if I were myself there.
As soon as I walked into the complex I felt very comfortable and safe for my dad to reside there. I felt the staff were friendly and hospitable. I felt [name removed] was very understanding of the predicament I was in with my dad and she was right there to help.
