There has been the most fabulous, unbelievable improvement since last Christmas - when I went home each day sad and angry. Since [Name removed] has taken over and got it straightened out I am happy and thankful!

Some of the care givers are more experienced than others. My mother was in one of the memory care cottages and she could be a handful to deal with those who were inexperienced in dementia patient behavior and sundowner syndrome. They would have to call us constantly to get my mother to cooperate with them. Her personal hygiene was a concern for us.
