the quick care and compassion that was shown to us today when we had to put our dog patches down. it was not planned to happen today, as we are from Houston. but when I explained my story to Casey, the staff rearranged their schedule to accommodate us. We felt more like family or long time customers rather than mere travelers with just another sick dog. your clinic is top-notch in my book

We are visiting the area and our 6lb. fur baby got sick. They got him in quickly, assessed him and kept me informed. If I lived in the area I would definitely bring him here regularly. They were simply awesome!!!

I’ve only lived in Hot Springs for a year and had a friend recommended this clinic they are so nice and I’ve gotten great care with my dogs. And when I’ve had questions they have been nothing but nice and very helpful and all the vet techs are all so nice.
