What a positive experience my dog and I had here! Other veterinarians and technicians struggled to restrain my dog for even the simplest things. Here they understood she was just scared and easily examined her and provided vaccines and clipping of a difficult mat with gentle kindness. All my questions were answered without feeling rushed.

Had a very good experience with them. I recommend to everyone that gets their cats spayed to use their Laser Therapy it’s amazing I can’t believe how well her belly looks.

One of my cats has kidney disease & is on a special diet & needs levels checked every 6 mo. Dr. Riffel takes time to go over all the test results & discuss what we're doing & what to keep doing. Hoping to keep this 15 yr old baby as long as I can. Had production problems with food for about a month, couldn't get it. The girls were so helpful in giving me samples to try, anything to keep him eating. They ordered his food weekly & finally was able to get it again.

Dr. Fentress was very attentive and very caring. She answered all of my many, many questions regarding pros/cons of neutering my fur-baby. She is the best vet I’ve met in Hot Springs... in a long time. We will definitely be back for his yearly check up! 💯💙

They take extra care to explain what they are going to do to your pet they are always pleasant and easy to work with as far as dropping my pets off or making appointments I just like everybody that works there I have three cats and two dogs and I am well pleased with The care my pets receive
