They worked with me to get a neighborhood cat spayed before she had more kittens. They treated her well and answered all of my questions. Biscuit (cat) seemed to like them too.
The staff and vets at Countryside are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We had to reschedule an appointment recently and the front desk staff were very helpful and got us a new appointment for a couple days later with no trouble. I had to call with a concern to be added to the appointment notes before our scheduled time today and the receptionist (I believe it was Casey!) got all the information, double-checked it wasn’t an emergency and recorded our concerns correctly so when it was time for our appointment, the doct... read more

Our first visit for our new dog, Sophie, was amazing! Everyone gave us the time and attention we needed. The building is new, clean and inviting. Wait time is good. Med staff is excellent!!! We took their advice and suggestions for our new baby; everything is working out very well. Sophie is a rescue and had been spayed before we even met her, so she still had stitches. We were traveling and our two MinPins fell ill with what I suspected to be some sort of gastrointestinal funk, possibly from one of the many different areas where we were having to stop for them to do their business.
