My experience with Courtesy Nissan was absolutely great. Shelton Isaac was extremely helpful and maintained constant communication with me which is a number one requirement in my book for good customer service. He discussed what was needed for my car and went over all the options for maintenance. I also found the online service to work really well this time which helped considering how bad the weather was. Thank you!!!

The service from Joe was great. The battery purchase was too expensive and it would have been great if Courtesy Nissan would have allowed the 30% coupon to be applied to the total balance, rather than the $41.95 "labor" for a battery installation.

I had a great experience at Courtesy Nissan Service Department. My 2002 (!) Xterra needed some TLC and, thanks to Teresia Mabry< I got what I needed and no more! No high-pressure sales pitch for unnecessary things or feeling like I didn't have a say in what was going on. She was professional, knowledgeable, and ensured my concerns were addressed. Highly recommend!

It was really great! I love how easily everything was communicated! I wish shuttle was able to pick me up back, but driver's work day was already ended.
