Zuhair was extremely helpful. He was able to show us a car that had all of the features that we were hoping for. He was also knowledgeable, which made us confident that a Nissan Rogue was the right vehicle for us. We completed the financing process with Reggie. I cannot emphasize enough how we appreciate his ability to move through the process smoothly, while answering all of our questions. We had a great experience at Courtesy Nissan. The service rep said they could not find the problem! I convinced him to let the technician ride with me to view the problem first hand. The technician rode with me in the car and after a few blocks realized there was a problem. They ordered the new steering column and installed it, it took a few days, but my noise problem is now gone.
What they do is excellent. The way they receive customers and the advice they give to customers is perfect.
The service department is great, efficient, and reasonably priced. Their Servic Advisors are friendly and helpful.
