Joseph Adams was my service advisor and was such a pleasure to work with, I was so not wanting to go back to Courtesy for car service due to past customer service that was not up to par. Joseph made it totally different and worth the trip even though the news about my car was bad, I left totally blessed.

simple oil change and car wash. The dealer called me to remind me the service was due, but I still had another 1k miles to go. But since I had a $19.99 synthetic oil change offer, I went ahead and did it. Next year it may be double that.

Scott provided great customer service. He knew that it would be a long wait and kept me updated as best as possible. Unfortunately, I don’t believe that the scheduling is done efficiently to where the wait times are shorter, but otherwise it was a good experience.
