Renewed Perspective I wrote a review back in June about my terrible experience at Courtesy Nissan. However, new sales manager Steve Massey, did everything in his power to make things right. Though he was not involved in the original ordeal he apologized for what happened and ended up buying the car back. I'm not sure what the culture is now at Courtesy Nissan but if Steve Massey is still there I know things are changing for the better. Thank you Mr. Massey for renewing my confidence in car dealerships!

Excellent Experience with Yomar Yomar Perez helped us purchase a 2015 Nissan Xterra yesterday. He responded to a text message the previous evening and sent me information via email before he left the office that evening. The Jose brother's I finally got my third row...I got my new/used Kia Sorento 2013 at courtesy Nissan The Jose brother's helped us out alot. I was a little overwhelmed and frustrated with the price offers at first. . But after letting them know what we will be able to afford Jose got that to the loan people and came back wit it. . A awesome car note and overall a fair price for our compact suv and it didn't take my whole day . I loved the genuine attitude they had when it came to keeping us happy.

Great Service I wanted to thank the service department for taking care of me this evening. I came in a few minutes before closing because my tire warning came on and one tire seemed to have lost a lot of air. Robert Temple didn't hesitate to have them take my car back to have them inspect the tires. I have a Rouge with the 3rd row so I don't have a spare and since I have two small kids int he car with me every day, I don't want us stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire.
