Food was undercooked. Conch fritters were doughy on the inside.

I’ll start by stating that we are travelers who tend to stay and eat at nice places (we know how to compare basically). Vue is great! you are literally on the sand! However, after a rather long wait we received our sampler, It was too spicy but ok (nothing special), salad was bad and zero effort. I had really high expectations for this restaurant. The location is absolutely stunning—right on the beach with a beautiful view, which made us excited for a nice dinner with family. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the setting. We were seated around 6:40 pm but didn’t receive our entrées until 8:00 pm, so we waited about an hour and a half for our food. So many things wrong with this place it’s hard to remember them all: - waited over an hour for our meals - waitress was too concerned pleasing other groups to care much about my wife saved I - order drinks when we sat, 10 minutes later order our appetizer which came faster then the beer and martini. AC hot later or waitress asked if we wanted another round, which took 20 minutes and me complaining to the manager. - manager did comp drinks and spp, but the food was definitely not worth the cost. Would definitely not return!!

First… when we got there they said we didn’t have reservations when they were made a week prior, they finally sat us. After sitting at the table for 15 minutes the waiter came and took our drink order, another 15 minutes later we were brought water. Our actual drinks didn’t come for another 15 after that. During the 45 minutes we were there none of the other tables were brought food. We ended up leaving due to the service. It’s a beautiful place with a beautiful view. It’s a shame the service was so terrible!

We came here for an outdoor Valentine’s Day dinner. We were sat right away, and proceeded to wait around 20 minutes for anyone to speak to us. The only reason someone stopped is because we flagged someone down. The couple next to us got up and left, as they had been seated quite a bit before us without any engagement from staff. We had reservations for the NYE event. The cost of two tickets was 300.00 and we had a bruschetta appetizer ( small) two heads of romaine lettuce which was bbq ( very odd ) the main course was a filet mignon and a seafood cake both were delicious. Dessert was key lime pie with way too much cream . Was it worth the price? Definitely not. Our waiter was very nice but there was not enough wait staff so we waited over thirty minutes for a drink. We chose to celebrate NYE dinner there. Arrived for an 8pm reservation early so that we could have a drink before dinner, bar was closed. Allowed in the doors at 8:20, put in a room with a dozen large round tables: nothing set including silverware, linens, decorations- forget it! Food was very slow coming out, last course served at 10:29. Server was trying but she had tables in three different areas. Not an impression I wanted to give my out of town guests!

First-time New Year’s experience with the Cove dinner package, and unfortunately it was disappointing to say the least. We had 8:00 PM reservations yet were still waiting in line at 8:15 PM. Once seated, we did not see a waitress until after 9:00 PM, and that was only after I flagged someone down just to ask for water.
