First-time New Year’s experience with the Cove dinner package, and unfortunately it was disappointing to say the least. We had 8:00 PM reservations yet were still waiting in line at 8:15 PM. Once seated, we did not see a waitress until after 9:00 PM, and that was only after I flagged someone down just to ask for water. Everything went bad with my table, it lasted 2hr just to have my entree and took a lot of time just to have some desserts which they actually throw them to the trash by mistake.

We were very excited to come after a friend recommended this to us for our birthdays. Appetizers took a very long time to arrive (30+ minutes). Bruschetta - bread was burnt. Dinner order wasn't taken until AFTER we finished our appetizers. Another 10 minutes after we ordered dinner, the manager came to let us know that they were out of lobster cannolinni, but that they could have it easy for us if we wanted to wait 40 minutes for dinner. Great food. Extremely slow service.. so slow we made a new game.. how many door swings (open and closed) until our food came ;). 6pm reservations, sat at 6:50, got food at 750 and left by 9

Food is terrible. Curry shrimp sauce broke so looked like coagulated dairy, grilled Caesar salad tasted like propane. Skip and go elsewhere Server was nice

wait 20 minutes for our server then begin to ask for a server and never receive one. Started to walk out after 30 min then someone noticed and asked to make it up to us. We sat down ordered and our order was then wrong. won’t go back, would not recommend.

Es lief so ziemlich alles schief, was schiefgehen kann. Draußen angefragt, in der Reservierung stand - es war mein Geburtstag: wir können nicht raus, müssten sehr lange warten. Also drinnen platziert, 10min später wird ein Paar strahlend an uns vorbei nach draußen gebracht. Dann 70min auf den Hauptgang gewartet, jeweils Fisch mit Risotto - bei beiden Gerichten der Risotto kalt, bei einem Essen auch der Fisch nur noch handwarm - und es war kein Sous-vide! Sea Bass was overcooked and dry. Risotto was like glue and steak was undercooked. Flavor is the meal was lacking.
