1 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality I think that 8 days is a very long time to replace two windows. I go to pick my car up and find that my old windows were tinted and the new replacement windows are not. I should be able to get what I had before. How is this possible and why is it OK after my insurance company paid $2,500.00 for 2 windows. This is obviously a huge potential safety hazard. The last time we brought our car in, we immediately noticed a rattling in the interior and we thought it was a fluke and not necessarily because of the work you guys did on it. I was told three or four times that my vehicle would be ready that day or the next, but then I would have to call each time to find out the status.
