Not happy that OUR insurance had to cover the repair when Covert has coverage on all of their vehiles for this type of thing. Our insurance rates went up because of this. Was a bit frustrating to be told car would be ready and then have the actual pick up time get pushed back multiple time

Dropped my car told them take time fix it as long as get all damages fix.i gave them 2weeks not even call rush them at all.
