Went there in September of 2023 and as I was leaving they told me they couldn't find my suitcase that I had brought in with me (contained all of my clothes, medical paperwork from previous hospitals, my tablet, and other various items). It's been 5 months now and they have stopped answering phone calls. Covington Behavioral is the worst hospital I've ever seen and deserves nothing short of being forcibly closed.
