Very poor communication from staff with families.
They forced me to stay in their horrible inpatient program when I went there just to ask questions about their outpatient program. They also said repeatedly that the financial aid department would be able to help me with the bill. They ignored my calls, lied, and are still sending me collection notices for over a thousand dollars a year later.
