Patients aren’t safe there. Fights happen. Threats happen. Physical abuse happens. And the staff does nothing. I had to call the police to go and check on a patient In there because she was constantly being harassed and threatened by MEN twice her size and fearing for her life. “Tammy” the supervisor said none of it was true. I was a patient at this hospital and honestly it was one of the worst experiences ever besides meeting a few friends. The staff is very mentally abusive except a few sadly.😞
I was a patient here and the staff are very unkind, and the communion with family is very bad. It was overall a bad experience, and didn’t help me at all.
Spent a week over here and the staff treated everyone very poorly. Staff would argue with little kids and one even threatened to hurt someone. Staff wouldn’t even try when people were having break downs and trying to hurt themselves. Terrible place much better going literally anywhere else.
Very poor communication from staff with families.
They forced me to stay in their horrible inpatient program when I went there just to ask questions about their outpatient program. They also said repeatedly that the financial aid department would be able to help me with the bill. They ignored my calls, lied, and are still sending me collection notices for over a thousand dollars a year later.
