RecommendedThe first time we dealt with y'all when y'all put our original unit in, there was a few problems with the person who was reaching out, not explaining things she would say one thing and say no that's not the way it's done. Anyway our unit stopped working y'all sent out Dylan Rodrigues. He was very thorough. Explained everything that was going on, showed us pictures. If I could give him a rating it would be superior.
