When our central air went out during one of the hottest days of summer we were desperate for help. thankfully Daniel & Carlos with Cowboys ac&heating ,Came through in an incredible way, these two guys were absolute lifesavers. They diagnosed the problem and got straight to work despite the extreme heat. You could tell they cared about getting us back to comfort as fast as possible. Jorge V and Ivan C came out on a Saturday to install our new system. They were very professional and very meticulous. They also were very clean and did a great job with the install. Once they completed everything Jorge V showed us the system both inside and out and he explained the outside unit since this was different from what we had before. I would recommend Jorge V and Ivan C for a new system installation.

Robert Castro is a technician after my own heart and how service those that I support. when you get such a gem you have to ensure they are happy and stay with you as folks like him will help maintain and grow your customer base. They have very fast service and are very thorough! They sent Greg out to look over my system and give me an estimate, immediately following my approval of the estimate, he sent over a two-man crew to install my new unit. It took them about five hours, as they had to totally replace everything. Jorge and his helper Ivan did an incredible job. They explained any questions I had along the way. HIGHLY recommend! Greg, Hernán, and Victor are skilled and knowledgeable technicians who arrived on time or earlier to our scheduled appointment. They were respectful of the home and wore shoe covers inside -- something I greatly appreciate, and kept us informed throughout the tune-up and disinfectant process, taking photos of the condition of our system as well as the areas needing special attention. Greg Git was assigned to complete our annual spring ac check. He was among the most polite, professional, and experienced techs I’ve spoken to. Our unit is only 4 years old and this was a preemptive service call. I am a consummate filter changer and stay on top of any issues. Greg found and showed us (my wife and I) a video of some new moisture produced black residue and suggested a coil cleanup and ultraviolet light installation that might help prevent future mold.
