Never receive full order each time I order
Hamburger steak suppose to be well done, it was medium and cold , the garlic butter had jelled up on it , it was so cold
The wait time for a pick up order was insane. The app said 20-30 minutes. It took over an hour for the food to be ready for pick up. People time meals off of the estimated wait times.
The hamburger steak was cold, no seasoning, meat tasted very old, potato was cold, nasty won't be ordering from them again
no syrup or butter for mom's pancake breakfast crispy bacon was soft everything on that meal arrived cold since my chicken was hot this was a restaurant issue not a delivery issue
the buscuits were very hard
The pancakes were a little thin and sad, kinda chewy, but overall tasted good. Hashbrown casserole was cold, but it also sat for a little bit. Bacon was floppy and really salty, but the sausage and ham were fine.
Food is cold. Service is better at location, food is presented correctly, delivery is difficult with some foods , no way to keep food warm once picked up and if driver has additional stops food will get cold. I feel it's my fault for not making more of an effort and going to location, Portions look very small ? Not what I expect from Cracker Barrel.
