the milk was missing and the onion petals were burnt. The other items were delicious!
We gave this Cracker Barrel a try again and yet again they forgot several items we ordered.
Mac and cheese with Veggie Plate was burnt and salty.And chocolate milk was half full.
twice in a row forgot all our breads..
Once again they didn't give me my gravy for my biscuits and GRAVY. And they gave me regular pancakes instead of pecan. WHICH IS AN UPCHARGE. This is absolutely unacceptable how often this has happened to me, and even after contacting the store they continue to do this.
Gave me a half mashed baked potato with some gravy thrown in it. Not actually Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy. No jellys, butters, etc. fruit was almost all pineapple.
pinto beans & chicken strips were good. Did not like meatloaf at all(real dry--,no taste)
I don't know why we order from them. It has been several months since the last time and issues persist. We rarely get the all items we order (3 meals just for reference). We were missing a lemonade this order as well a side item and the sauces that come with the chicken tenders. Just be aware when ordering there is a chance you won't receive your items. I have called the store every time and they do not fix it.
biscuits were hard as a rock. gravy was one solid lump.
