Every single biscuit we received was burnt.
The Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders were so rubbery, I had to pull them to break them apart, the mashed potatoes were room temperature, the only good thing were the steakhouse fries.
I am traveling and asked for Silverware N' Condiments but got no fork so I got to eat my supper with my fingers. I got all of the condiments I requested but no napkin or fork. The broccoli with the Grilled Chicken Tenders was mostly undercooked. The biscuits were a little hard and dry. I love the Grilled Chicken Tenders and broccoli usually but this experience wasn't that great.
Chicken was burnt and food was cold.
My food arrived cold, 30 minutes later than first time given. The hash brown casserole was dry and the corn muffins were hard as a rock (dark as if burnt). I was disappointed.
I've always loved Cracker Barrell but I was extremely disapointed with this order! I got the Grilled Chicken Tenders and they were cold and undercooked. The corn was watery and tasted very bland. The loaded baked potato was okay, but again was NOT warm. The mac & cheese and butter biscuits were good.
Every time I order chicken from here it's under cooked.
i paid more than six dollars for a bowl of soup that was anything but. I have had your vegetble soup many times, and this tasted like chicken dumplings cut up in a bowl. i had to throw this away and received no refund from DD. . I will not buy from Cracker Barrel again.
Pancakes were tough but the cheesecake filling saved it. Sausage and eggs were cold and over cooked.
