The chicken and "dumplings" were not cooked - so could not eat - the Greens spilled into dumplings also
Slaw was brown!
The serving size of the chicken and dumplings is about half of what it usually is, it's a lot more watery than usual and it wasn't packaged well, so it got sloshed around everywhere and leaked in the bag. It looks disgusting! Which really disappoints us because we order this a lot
All 3 of us was not satisfied with the food. Did not taste well, corn was not sweet. Never had this problem before
This is the 2nd time Cracker Barrel left out the 2 gravies that come with the Oldtimers Breakfast meal! I even called this morning to make sure they got it right! The girl on the phone said I GOT YOU and I will take care of making sure your biscuits and gravy are with your order!! NO GRAVY AGAIN!! ALSO the bag was WIDE OPEN! Most places secure the contents!! THIS IS EXPENSIVE!!!!!
The cinnamon Cinnamon Roll Pie Slice was hard as a rocki threw it out!
The item wasn't advertised to come with whipped cream. If so I would've removed it because whipped cream won't keep temp during delivery. I assumed it would be delivered in the tray like the picture shows. Cake is also hard and doesn't taste fresh. Would not order again for $35
ordered a simple order of biscuits and gravy with bacon and an order of cornbread, received only cornbread, this place has gone very downhill, when you contact the staff are rude, do not recommend
The biscuits were undercooked beyond belief. I could still pull the dough. Very disappointed
