The meals were great, but the Fried Apples had no flavor and the Coarse Ground Grits were almost a slimy consistency and had no flavor.
I normally could depend on Cracker Barrel for a grand meal. I order from them to be fed well. However, they've gotten cheap. the last two times I've ordered the southern fried chicken, which is supposed to be a half chicken, I got barely enough chicken to make up a two-piece meal from Mountain Chicken or Popeyes. The waitress also tried to talk me into believing a single fry was a double fry. Ma'am, I have a degree in physics and applied math. No onions or chow chow and macaroni watery
Everything was good except for the greens. They were seasoned with something strange.
Green beans were full of grease, awful!
Syrup not warmed, only I slice of bacon for bacon biscuit kids and strawberry's not ripe had to throw away. 
catfish tasted like bleach and chicken had all the hard spots. not the norm, but super bummed
Food was awful, tasted old
Biscuits not baked completely ..raw dough inside and had to throw away!
