Missing half the order. Grits were hard and couldn't eat. No biscuits were sent for biscuits and gravy. No gravy on the mashed potatoes. No syrup for the pancakes.
The chicken was great and the cornbread was good. The broccoli was undercooked and boring. Maybe add some cheeee or dressing? The mashed potatoes and gravy were mediocre.
Chicken was old and chewy , macaroni was out or down
This is the 5th time in a row that this particular cracker barrel left most of our order out. They can't read orders or receipts on Sundays. If you want a correct order, avoid this place at all cost, as they do not care about order accuracy or customer service. We have complained to their manager who doesn't seem to care about poor service in the least.
Been eating Cracker Barrel for the last 15 years back when they served a grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough bread that was my favorite, but the dumplings were second today. I ordered the two piece chicken, dinner, dumplings, and fried okra and the fried okra was fried so hard. it was hard to bite into. This is not like Cracker Barrel at all. Received 1 very shallow dish of dumplings almost no chicken. Not even enough for 3 people. The apples and vegetables were in a good quantity. The star of the meal was very disappointing. Probably won't do this again.
Pinto's were very dry and hard, dumplins were just mush from the bottom of the pot, grilled tenders were chewy and extremely small with no flavor. It was absolutely un-edible.
The corn was burnt, or taste likeit was from a burnt pot.
There was nothing covering my drink from my order. I would like a refund on my drink
