No cheese omelet Not on the menu. They will make it for you. Must be accompanied by white gravy and biscuits and grits. No substitutions. Plenty of sides to order extra of course. Hash browns do not exist here. Can not order them.
Good Cracker Barrell Food This was one of our stops to eat while in Hendersonville, TN for the weekend. Surprising enough we were able to walk in and get a table in just a few minutes. Service was really good and of course the shop after was another expense. In all it is a very good place to dine.
It can't be beat for good regular food Every meal is good at Cracker Barrel. We used to go only for the breakfast's, but the lunch and dinner menu's are healthy if you want healthy and great if you just want catfish or the daily specials. We have never been dissappointed at this restaurant chain. Never.
Southern cooking Food is always consistent here. Love all the vegetable choices. Like home cooking. My favorite is the meatloaf and green beans!
Most always happy with Cracker Barrel I tend to get soup and cornbread. I'm most always happy. The only downside is sometimes the wait is long, but that is a sign of happy customers. The Hendersonville Cracker Barrel is very good.
Once again, Average Wife, niece and I went here last night and meal was average. Momma's Pancake Breakfast, eggs fried hard and bacon. I'd bet that's a common meal and I still had to exchange eggs as they came over easy. Once replaced, the meal was good, but basic. Wife's and niece's meals came correct and also were good, but basic. I had Momma's Pancake Breakfast with eggs and sausage. I asked our waitress, Lee, to ask the cook to add pecans to the batter and I will have to say, he did good. I always ask for pecans...
One of the best Cracker Barrells in the area You can't beat their prices for good southern food. The wait is never long. The service is always great, and if there is a problem, there is always a manager ready to fix it. The little shop has a great variety of seasonal items and collectibles. And the biscuits are fantastic.
