FOOD: Food here can be very delicious or very bad depending on what you order (just like any other restraunt). I highly recommend their chicken, whether fried or grilled. I've never had such juicy chicken before, and I was pleasantly surprised. Their pancakes are also delicious and taste almost like cake! This location doesn't miss! We go once a week or so and have never had a bad experience. On the contrary, every experience has been excellent. We are always seated immediately, the service is immaculate, and the food is warm and delicious. That's not even mentioning how incredibly affordable it is for a family of 5 to eat out together. No mess? No dishes? Priceless! Thanks Cracker Barrel! Shout out to Justin and Fredo, two of the best servers in the Benton/Bryant area.
Cracker Barrel food and service was lacking today. Lunch cost more than the early dinner. You get less food for more money. They are frequently out of food, but it was noon when we were told we had to wait 30 minutes for carrots! I really love the carrots so we waited and they were not good when we got them. Maybe they had to go next door to Walmart and buy them because they didn’t taste the same and it shouldn’t take 30 minutes. Their rewards program never works. Probably one of the best experiences we've ever had. Elizabeth was our server and she was amazing, commutative and enjoyed a good laugh. Krista wasn't even our server but made time to talk to us, talk with our baby, laugh and was just all around phenomenal. A+
Our server was the very best. Her name was Ambrosia and she was very good at her job. She was attentive and energetic. Our food was late, but she took the time to explain why it was late. I appreciated the steady coffee service. We had a very long drive, so coffee was important. Food was great and very ample.
