We ordered Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage and were notified when dasher went to pick up they were out of white gravy so our choice was brown gravy or no gravy. And Cracker Barrel employee said canceling that part of order was not an option, the Cracker Barrel employee was extremely rude, I could hear her speaking to the driver (who was super sweet). The bacon wasn't fresh looked 2 days old, I didn't eat it and it had a bad odor.
The seasoned rice was too salty
I'm really disappointed to say this Cracker Barrel location has really gone downhill… It used to be one of my favorite places to eat but they seem to be getting pretty stingy with the portions of the food while up charging on entire meals, plus add-ons. YESTERDAY I ORDERED THE FRIDAY SPECIAL WHICH IS FRIED COD THE FISH WAS THIN AND HORRIBLE THE DELIVERY WAS RIGHT ON TIME WHEN I CALLED CRACKER BARREL TO COMPLAIN I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ONLY COOKED WHAT CRACKER BARREL SENT THEM DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Not up to normal standards, okra soggy, hash brown casserole bland and tasted old. Won't be ordering this as take away again.
Country fried steak was dry and bland. The chicken noodle soup was really salty. The cake was dry the frosting was its saving grace.
Ordered the hamburger steak... it was dry dry and had a difficult time cutting it. Pinto beans (bowl) was like they had been blended in a blender!!! We've eaten there for years and this was the worst meal we've ever had at Cracker Barrel!
No bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, overcooked. Muffins were okay but burnt.
