The chicken tenders were rubbery. The food tasted weird. Only good thing was the fried okra.
Smokehouse Grilled Chicken was rubbery and bleh.Dumplins always great
I ordered Chicken Fried Chicken,with Turnip Greens, mash potato with sawmill gravy, and Dumplins as sides with another extra side of Dumplins. The Chicken Fried Chicken waa juicy and tender but it came with very little sawmill gravy. Turnip greens tasted funky and the Dumplins were all soup with barely any Dumplins in it. I was disappointed with the food as it is not Cracker Barrel's usual standard.
Dumpling were doughy and not cooked long enough.
I waited as it said "Preparing your order" for over thirty minutes. The Door Dasher arrived there, waiting for another 15min before he was told the meatloaf was unavailable. Why did it take 15min to let anyone know? I finally was offered the Chicken and Dumplings and it was so late that I just agreed with whatever to let the Door Dasher leave.
Roast was a bit overcooked snd hashbrown casserole was cold. But the cinnamon rolls were perfect Would recommend pick up instead of delivery.
the mashed potatoes were hard and bland. the Country Fried Steak was dry. Will not be ordering again.
We had 2 orders of trout soaked in bean juice. Okra soaked in bean juice. And beans.
My Broccoli Cheese Casserole was missing and they took along time to prepare it.
