the kids Chicken Tenders were terrible, burnt to a crisp and hard as rocks, as were the french fries. They couldn't even eat it. Also, the Country Fried Turkey dinners did not have the cranberry sauce with either of the dinners, and only one order of bread was included.
Food was cold. Cake was dry and stale!
The chicken wasn't fully cooked
Dumplings had no flavor. I ex bone in chicken, but it was just two flattened thin chicken breasts that were doughy. Best part were the pinto beans. I will not order agin from here espa thru doordash.
Inaccurate order and cooked incorrectly. Nothing tasted as expected, including the hash brown casserole.
Every time I order a meal from Cracker Barrel it has horrible. The food is under seasoned and old. I'm never ordering from there again. The half gallon of tea never taste like the tea you order in the restaurant.
It took over double the time (over an hour) originally stated to get my food and the Mashed Potatoes with Brown Gravy had very little gravy. They were very dry. Not the best experience.
the biscuits and gravy were honestly gross and I've never ever turned down any biscuits and gravy but these just tasted off and bad and I couldn't eat them. the food was cold and I got my eggs over medium but they were over easy. the best parts were the coffee, bacon and fruit. everything else was mediocre and I probably won't be ordering from cracker barrel again.
