The order was packaged wrong. We did not get half of our order
The portion was smaller than normal, and the meat of the Crispy Homestyle Chicken was too tough to chew. Usually it's very tender, and wonderful to eat, but I couldn't finish my meal. It hurt my teeth to bite into it.
We ordered 2 6 piece chicken tender dinners and both orders only had 3 tenders in them.
We were missing food, hashbrowns were burnt on top and raw in middle. We had a huge order and didn't get silverware , syrup for pancakes and French toast.
Took over an hour and a half. I thought I would have at least gotten fresh food. Pancakes, no syrup. Ordered biscuits, no jelly. Ordered catfish, added lemon, nothing else. Biscuits were hard and everything had for sure been done for a while.
I go in and the foods amazing everytime. But whenever I order online it comes in subpar. Like I got no peppers, the steak was dry as hell, the potatoes were overcooked, and the eggs were unseasoned. Wildly unfortunate.
The chicken soup was not that good and had very little broth. Mashed potatoes tasted like they were warmed up.
Meatloaf was hard as a rock, and over cooked. Looked, and smelled OLD ! Very disgusting. Through it in the trash. I won't eat at Cracker Barrel any more.
Food was old - no flavor and looks like it was just thrown together. I will not order again. They also forgot half my order.
