I ordered the family Signature Chicken n' Dumplins Family Meal and there isn't enough to feed 2 adults, much less a family. Very disappointed.
My food was cold, the hash brown casserole was dry and instead of my chocolate shake, I got 2 cartons of chocolate milk.
steak was dry. mostly crumbs instead of broccoli
In person the food is usually great but when ordered on DoorDash I rarely get everything I ordered. I don't understand why they can't seem to get all the food ordered into the bag. It happens almost every time.
The grilled chicken tenders were almost black on one side. The food was cold. The baked potato wasn't all the way done on the inside. I had to microwave the potato for two minutes. The green beans were good after I heated them.
Did not get the extra dressing I requested. Salad had 6 croutons and almost no cheese. There was half a hard boiled egg. I expected better.
Placed my order only to find out 30 minutes later from my dasher that there was no meatloaf available so I had ordered hamburger steak. I ordered greens and loaded mashed potatoes for my sides. Both sides were cold when I got them like they had sat there waiting on my steak to cook. The greens tasted awful, as well. The first bad experience Ive had there but it was enough that most of my food went to waste.
I have ordered this before so I know what this is suppose to look like. The french toast is bigger than the piece of chicken. And I paid $15+ for this. Ridiculous
food was disgusting. chicken was so unbelievably dry an tough. mashed potatoes was extremely dry as well. brown gravy tasted liked it was a week old. only thing decent was the lemonade. no stars for this place. gross. stay clear.
