Not securely packaged. Items in bag just as if you picked it up at the counter yourself. Drink wasn't sealed The Campfire Chicken was yummy and well done
Sandwich was packed horrible and macaroni cheese on a platter made my sandwich soggy and gave me a fried and instead of grilled
Upon receiving my food the dasher left in on the porch without notification, I opened my food it looks like garbage, the Mac n ch see was hard on the edges pinto beans was disgusted looking like it was the last in the pot and the meatloaf was dry . The only thing that was eatable was my Corn Muff ins. I would not eat at Cracker Barrel again this meal was so disappointing. I was on lunch break now can't eat.
Missing items as always!!
food was cold, missing my drink. flavor was good though.
Pancakes was good. I didn't like the syrup Sausage was not good, it tasted like it was cooked with onions and bell peppers and the hashbrowns tasted the same as the sausage. Hashbrowns also tasting a little off as well, didn't like it at all. Bacon wasn't crispy, it was soft.
I was missing one of my sides and my biscuits and there was no ketchup nor was the jelly I asked for provided the dasher did their job this was aissue with the restaurant while preparing and sending the back order out to me the consumer the apple juice was in a child's size cup tho i ordered a large Apple Juice (Large) so missing two food items my hash browns casserole and my biscuits the driver was great and had nothinge to do with issues Silverware ExtrasHamburger Steak
I'm not asking for a refund. my products where not wrapped properly. my drink was exposed and it taste weird
Didn't even have my 6$ piece of pie in the order looks threw together all and all not happy with cracker barrel
