Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders was hard and everything was cold.
The Chicken n' Dumplins didnt taste right
My food was not hot and the portions were so small. I can blame the heat on DoorDash, but not the portions. The gravy was so watery that it was in edible.
The cheeseburger was so rare it looks like it was just walked through a warm kitchen.
It's been a few years since I ate here. There was no delay, yet the beef was cold. Beef and Mashed Potatoes were child portions but tasty. Always loved your Turnip Greens, however they went from being the best I ever had to the worst. I ordered 2 servings, but only ate 1 as it will need to be doctored to eat. I was going to have the biscuits and gravy for breakfast but went ahead and ate 1 with gravy as I was still hungry after my meal. The biscuits were warm. I can no longer recommend Cracker Barrel.
Portion sizes were prett small. For comparison Mcdonalds and Jack in the box breakfast had about twice as much food.
We ordered three plates of Chicken and dumplings. All three orders were white, gritty, and powdery in the middle. They were not completely cooked. The kids chicken tenders we ordered were thin and more breading than chicken. We are usually very happy with Cracker Barrel, but this meal was very disappointing.
I'm not one complain often but yeah. Not only was my food stone cold, most of it was unedible. The biscuits were flat and hard as rocks and so was the broccoli. The dumplins were the best part, even cold, but there were 3 of them. Yup. 3 pieces. I also ordered carrots and got about 6 of those.... all for a little less than $20. Last time ordering from here and I hate saying that because yall have great food. Obviously it's not what it sent out on Door Dash orders though.
Usually love these meals but this time around bacon was half raw missing half my order French toast and my eggs were way over
