Quality has plummeted. I've never NEEDED a knife for pancakes before, but I did for these. The biscuits and gravy tasted like salt.
Food was cold, and the dumplings were in a glob like one big uncooked lump of flour. They forgot my corn. The pot pie was threw into a plate upside down and was cold and soggy. Not a good look.
It's so hit and miss anymore. We are depending on delivery and we aren't there to check. I feel like my shrimp was overly fried. Country Fried Shrimp No tartar sauce for catfish and no cocktail sauce for shrimp. This is the 2nd time it's happened with the U.S. Farm-Raised Grilled Catfish - 2 Pieces. The person with this entree doesn't enjoy eating this without tartar. I ate my carrots and through the rest away.
All the food was cold this time around. Normally it's pretty great. The green beans were burned to a crisp likebtheyd been under a warmer for hours on end. Everything justtasyed old. Way too much salt on everything. I'm disappointed today :(
chicken and dumpling were cold, and dumpling weren't cooked properly, gummy!
The quality of the syrup has diminished greatly. No more glass container of authentic maple syrup. They put the syrup in a plastic ramekin and it has no taste to it. When ordering a simple small order of Two Buttermilk Pancakes, the syrup quality is the most important part of the experience.
Everything was good except the mashed potatoes. They tasted like they had vinegar in them.
For the momma French Momma's French Toast Breakfast® the French toast was sour/bitter, the eggs were all watery, the bacon cracked my tooth, plus it was freezing cold
We love Cracker Barrel and eat there often, but getting it through Door Dash was a huge disappointment. Our food was cold, and there was no silverware added into the bag. The broccoli had no seasoning or flavor at all. The meatloaf had big grizzle pieces in it, and barely any sauce. The bacon was soft and chewy despite specifically asking for crispy bacon. Overall this meal was a big fail.
