Missing part of the meal for the grandmas plate, and the lettuce was so wilted it was dark dark green and slimy... not a corner or a piece but the whole two pieces...

They never told me my food was ready to pick up. When I walked in after waiting for nearly an hr, it was behind the desk. The food was cold and soggy.
