They are never very generous with the gravy. I ordered Chicken Fried Chicken with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and I get one small, half filled container of gravy for all of it. And, this time, although not normally the case, the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake was very stale and actually hard on some edges. Very disappointing for the cost of the meal.
Didnt follow instructions items were missing. But the food was really good and portions were large :)
No taste and no flavor.
Food arrived completely cold.😕 Tasted good but honestly there could have been larger portions for the price. There were more biscuits and corn muffins in my last delivery. Disappointing.
The chicken was overdone, it was terrible

 I have been to this Cracker Barrel store many times and the chicken there is delicious. What I received today and my order was disgusting. Not crispy at all, very small portions. The mashed potatoes were disgusting and bland. The fries were mediocre at best and the breads were very disappointing.
Everything was dry & old. No straw
Ordered fried chicken and it was cold, hard and inedible, the meat was super dry. Ended up throwing it away unfortunately. Did not get silverware or the dip for our chicken fingers we ordered and they also forgot our drinks. Had to go back inside to ask for everything. Bad experience here sadly.
