The Turkey dinner had only 2 thin slices of fatty turkey, barely any turkey gravy and no side of turkey gravy available, only foul brown Brown Gravy. The Chicken Fried Chicken was burnt and the Brown Gravy tasted very strong almost bitter. we have ordered several times and ordered the same things each time and have not had this kind of problem with the food quality before. very disappointing
Shrimp overcooked, no flavor - including no flavor of shrimp. Hush puppies over cooked and dry.
Every time I order the mash potatoes with sawmill gravy. Then order an extra order of the sawmill gravy. I never get it.
French toast came burnt.They even tried to hide it by having the burnt side down.
Horrible food! I think KFC would've been better. Everything tasted like it was days old. Broccoli Cheese Casserole was burned and disgusting. Green Beans tasted absolutely terrible. Too much liquid smoke, or whatever its fake flavoring is. Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad chicken was also burned and tasted days old. Mashed potatoes were gross. Manager rude.... said food was waiting for the driver… But the driver's computer said he wasn't there yet… Someone's lying
The food arrived cold. Dasher was good I believe it was the Restaurant that was the problem food came burnt and overcooked. Not to mention 45 mins late due to Restaurant.
Order was overcooked and dry. Cracker barrels quality on everything, including thierChicken Fried Chicken and Southern Fried Chicken has gotten so bad I would rather eat a fast food burger. not worth $50! and a $8 burger would have tasted better.
