no gravy but hot and delicious
the Sunday Homestyle Chicken® was not prepared as it was supposed to be. I've ordered this many of times and it wasn't double breaded like the picture shows and it was DRY. It also looked to be fried in cornmeal instead of flour. The portions were small also.
My order included grilled. Hi Ken tenders with three sides and chocolate Coca Cola cake All were well prepared, professionally packaged and thought enough to include plasticware, napkins and butter as well as salt and pepper. Dasher was great and timely. Highly recommended restaurant.
for some reason I was given ranch with my Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast instead of gravy for my biscuits. food was great but the inconsistencies with my order is a normal occurrence. frustrating
not the best food. it was cold and hamburger steak was to be cooked medium but was burned. smoked sausage was missing. will try again. I have always got good food from Cracker Barrell but it was lunch time.
Most of the time when I order from here, my food is perfect. However, recently there's either something missing, completely out, or over/under cooked. They were out of pinto beans at 7PM & they don't close until 9PM.😖 My mashed potatoes were hard & thick. I didn't ask for gravy because I hoped the juice from the pintos would be the gravy. Everything was delicious as usual. They always include everything I order, which I greatly appreciate too.
Everything was good except the scrambled eggs were a bit wet still.
The order was right and it was still hot! Crackle Barrel always does right.
