Received a partial order. Didn't receive biscuits or pancakes for my father's 81st birthday
As much as I love this restaurant, it's rare that I receive everything I order. I've even tried ordering my drinks separately so they don't leave them off.I now text the Dasher to say please don't forget my two drinks. If it's not drinks, it's something else. The even have a quality checklist that'll even be incomplete. I just want everything I pay for, please. As a disabled veteran, I cannot always cook. Please do better.
We ordered Country Fried Steak. It had no gravy. The photo even shows Gravy. It tasted good but was dry. Country steak is supposedti have gravy.
My entree & side of pintos were delicious. However, my dessert I ordered to celebrate my birthday today was completely left out even though I ordered it first hoping they would not miss it.

Missing food, grits watered down. This is my second time ordering from Cracker Barrel and my order was incorrect. Too much money for poor quality service.
The food is often cold, dried out and always missing items no matter which Cracker Barrel I order delivery from. It's better when you go there to eat. The strawberries were missing today and there were eggshells in the scrambled eggs.
first thing - order accuracy was spot on! very much appreciated after other establishments have continually been missing items, etc. the quality of the ingredients was poor overall. the Slow-Braised Pot Roast was tough, the Country Fried Steak was chewy. the side items were good after adding additional items (butter, salt, pepper, etc). Definitely needed help, if that makes sense. the Sawmill Gravy was good & a great addition to the hard mashed potatoes (add some butter to them, add the gravy, salt/pepper, you're good to go)... read more
