Left the most expensive meal out of the bag...
Ordered grandma's breakfast which should have inclulded 3 pancakes . Received 2 burnt pancakes. If in restaurant would have sent them back. Eggs barely cooked. Not door dash problem. Yours Cracker Barrell.
portions didn't even fill the cup. dryed out pinto beans or just old. didn't even get the drink right!
Despite driver waiting 30 minutes for order, the food was disappointing, cold, no butter or jelly. Grits lumpy. It was expensive Old Timer's Breakfast plus extra sausage. And I thought a waste of money.
I had the Country ham dinner with hashbrown casserole and fried okra and biscuits. All the food was cold. The Biscuits were so hard my dog would not eat a bite. I live within a 2 mile radius of the store and it's 90+ degrees outside. My dasher waited at least 20 minutes for the food, so that was not the problem. My daughter had the roast beef dinner and her food was lukewarm. The mashed potatoes had no flavor. I have always loved CrackerBarrel but this is probably my last order
Watermelon Lemonade was awful, it tasted spoiled. we asked for crispy bacon on our Old Timer's Breakfast and it wasn't even fully cooked. Definitely not ordering from there again.
The Roast Beef was tough and was barely coated in gravy. The mashed potatoes were a cold, solid lump and the corn was tasteless. Cracker Barrel used to be great. Those days are gone.
second time I haven't gotten full order. left my fruit out and ordered extra biscuits that didn't arrive
This was one of the worst experiences we've had with Cracker Barrel. We ordered the burger to be cooked medium and it was burnt. Requested the bacon crispy and it was flimsy. The eggs were flat and dry. There was no indication there would be pickles on the burger or option to remove them so there was pickle juice all over the bun. Not good for someone that doesn't like them.
