Meatloaf was a little overcooked.
Food was cold and bacon wasn't correct, Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage was hard and dry and not enough gravy for one biscuit.

Missing an order of pancakes. Not the first time this store has been missing part of the order
Loaded tater tots were burnt and both side orders of mac and cheese were left out of order (and not checked on receipt as having been added). Seems like something has been wrong or left out of our order the last several times and we order from here often. Starting to be very disappointed with Cracker Barrel.
The Dr Pepper and the Peach Tea were in tiny cups not 32 ounce cups. 10 ounces at most. There were no straws or plastic silverware. Everything was mediocre at best but I still ate it because I'm sick and hungry. This place should be better. Please offer at least plastic cutlery and straws. And if you're going to serve drinks on here have the drinks description say the proper ounce size. I expected 32 oz Dr Pepper not the kids cup.
The person that prepared this order to go out should be ashamed! To look at that food and still put it on a plate and send it out to a paying customer does your restaurant a great disservice!! The food was cooked at least 2 days ago! The sausage patties were burned, dry and hard as rocks (probably sat on the steam table with no steam for 2 days) and the grits were unseasoned, old and cold! Everything was fine EXCEPT the fried rice was very over cooked to the point it was crunchy..yes I got whatever had been sitting..very disappointed cause I wanted it with my grilled lemon fish
biscuits were hard as a rock. no butter, jelly, etc. mashed potatoes were hard. chicken tenders hard. $92 meal for family before tip, etc. waste money. Any burger joint would have been better. Cracker Barrel!! I expected better from you. Shame on you, yall are better than this...
