This was my second attempt at getting the Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake from this location. Since it was omitted from my last order, I was excited to finally see that it made it to my bag this time. Unfortunately, it was as if someone scraped the bottom of the pan and all I got were crumbs. Now, you wouldn't certainly serve this if I was eating at the restaurant. Why would you treat carry out differently? Do better Cracker Barrel at Mall Road!!! Very disappointing.

The grill chicken was burnt and the vegetables were old
I had grilled catfish it was overcooked and all the edges were burnt they were so hard you could not even eat them. Also they were prepared with so much spices that i could not eat it. So sad i have been getting catfish from this cracker barrel weekly for over a year and it was never this way. Please bring back the previous chef.
Wanted some "comfort food" on this rainy night. Ordered the chicken breasts, carrots, and corn along with mix of cornbread and biscuit. The vegetables were awful - watery and no flavor. The carrots have always been a favorite with a nice sweet flavor but this time it was like eating a wet sponge. Overcooked? The corn likewise has no flavor. The French toast was extremely tough
Bowl of Pinto Beans was only half full and the corn muffins were like small hockey pucks. They were tiny, hard, and burnt. The Grilled Chicken Tenders were just as bad. They were dry and burnt. Sad that a childhood favorite has become so low quality.
95% of the time, they forget the syrup with pancakes. So unless you have some of your own, don't bother ordering those.
Didn't include my coffee. Tea was undrinkable. Country veggies platter the most bland and small portions. Very disappointed
