Food was wrong. No gravy on chicken or potatoes. It seems to happen every time.
Pancakes tasted like dirt for some reason. Like the water used to make them wasn't clean.
When ordering pancakes and French toast, syrup is appreciated. So when it was completely left off, we were extremely disappointed as that's not something we normally have here at home. The French toast was overdone and there were very few strawberries with the cheesecake stuffed pancakes. This location is so close to our home, but they always seem to leave items out and get orders wrong.
No napkins, no butter, no silverware even though I specifically asked for it. Its on my receipt. I also got a message from my delivery driver that said he asked the cracker barrel employee if those things were in the bag. She told him she couldn't check that. So here I am without all that stuff I ordered. They also put my 4 biscuits on the bottom of my bag with the entrees on top of them. Theyre smashed. Not worth what I got charged at all
The pancakes weren't cooked thoroughly
The steak was awful looking, it looked like it had been dropped in the parking lot. Could not eat it nor did I want to. The eggs were barely cooked. The chicken in the dumplings had no flavor & was stringy & tough. Could not eat it. This was a waste of money & the 2nd time now that the food from Cracker Barrel was not worth eating
Took almost an hour to "prepare". Dasher waited 30 minutes. Was completely dried out and hard as a rock like it had been sitting on a warmer and forgotten about.
the fish was way topeppery and undercooked as wasthe baked potato it was supposed to have bacon bits there was none and had very little sour cream no butter
We ordered the shrimp country plate and chicken and dumplings. I barely received any dumplings, it's broth and chicken mostly, we were also missing another side of broccoli.
