The serving size was small on the entree. Last order was great but this one was lacking. There was only 3 small bites of chicken in the dumplings.
The 4 sides were incorrect. I've had success in the past. I expected better
When u order the Side order of Sawmill Gravy for $2.58, you expect gravy, not a small container filled 1/4 of the way full. It was the equivalent of 3 tablespoons of gravy.
I know I ordered later, but everything was watery. It was like they were on the last little bit of what they had for the night and just added water to it and put it in the plate. The chicken was cooked good had a good flavor, but the macaroni was like soup. the potatoes were running and the extra gravy I ordered was only about a quarter full. I thought Cracker Barrel was doing a lot better, but apparently not if you order late in the evening.
2nd time ordering an additional side of breakfast meat and while it was checked off on the ticket it was not included in the order. When one pays for extra, the expectation is it will be included, otherwise it's thief by inconsistent charges.
Actually food was good but one meal was 1/2 a serving and one meal was missing!
What has happened to the portion sizes? The biscuits were half the size of what they used to be. Won't be ordering there anymore.
Cracker Barrel didn't send syrup for pancake, or sauce for tenders and wrong side dish. This is ongoing problem
Ordered extra bacon today & did not receive. Like most places who is preparing the dish today affects the accuracy and quality of presentation. Some days are outstanding and some days like today carry some disappointment. That I paid for the additional cost is what makes this order most frustrating.
