They are usually really good but, this time they sent me a well done steak instead of medium rare. Not edible.
the French toast is normally awesome. but tonight the Fresh Berry French Toast Bake was burnt hard and un eatable. very sad as it was one of my favorites meals and I couldn't even eat it. You have to live by this motto in food. If you won't eat it , don't serve it to your customers.

Unfortunately the Roast Beef was dry and overcooked, even burned on the edges. The Loaded Hashbrown Casserole was cold, stale and old. The rest of the sides were great, so we're the Biscuit Beignets and biscuits, but sadly dissapointed with the main part of the meal. I even took pictures in case the establishment wants to see what I received.
hamburger steak was smothered in salt, not edible. one huge dumpling raw in the center and no juice instead of dumplingS, couldn't cut the French toast and even the biscuits were burnt. total waste of $50 . I ate fries, hubby ate eggs. not a very good or filling valentine meal. sorely disappointed!!
The chicken was a little dry for me.
Meatloaf was dry and burnt on to and bottom . Mashed potatoes were dry as well. The fried apples are the only thing that was actually good
I ordered the Homestyle Fried Chicken Salad and received dry chicken and lettuce. it wasn't even the portion size of the meal salads, but, more a side salad. I won't make this mistake again!
no syrup with pancakes and bacon didn't come extra crispy like I ordered, the Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast tasted awful and there was no sausage or flavor to the buiscuts and gravy
