Hamburger steak ordered smothered. No gravy on steak. Just dry. Continual problems with this store.
Very disappointing! Everything was overcooked and small portions for the price! Cracker Barrel has gone downhill.
of course breakfast was cold. Not sure how bacon strips could be half burnt and half barely cooked but they were. scrambled eggs no good. pancakes were edible. biscuits were not cooked long enough and were doughy not done. Gravy was just ok. I believe the cook to be very disinterested in the task at hand. Sad Mothers Day meal.
The sausage was burnt and i ordered scrambled eggs and got over easy. I did not receive the whipped cream with my stuffed pancakes. Hd to throw the sausage and eggs out!! Waste of 15.00 bucks

I ordered a tea and got some tiny cup! Not normal size and ridiculous to pay $4+ for a kid size drink!
Always missing items. This time it was bread, sweet tea, and syrup. But the food we do end up getting is good. Not really a value when you pay for things you don't get.
salad was great. steak was good, but only warm. The veggies were very cold
All of the food we ordered was old and cold. The macaroni was hard and crispy and the chicken tenders looked like they had been sitting for a long time and we're really rubbery. The dumplings were disappointing as they only tasted like flour.
