my bag was open... there also was no bacon or ham
The employees at Cracker Barrel were very rude to our dasher. My food wasn't packaged properly at all. My sides spilled in the brown paper bag which made the bag messy and about to rip
Chicken in chicken fried chicken was tough and almost burnt
they sent me a half full small cup not the bowl i ordered, and it wasask with no spoon to boot.
The picture shows two breakfast sandwiches, but I only received one. Had I known it was only one, I would have chosen something else. Given the price, I feel this was misleading and not a good value.
I was given one cooked biscuit and one raw uncooked biscuit
Normally never have a problem with Cracker Barrel. I guess with online ordering they do not put in the effort they do in house. Grits are very watery, no powdered sugar on French toast, and I ordered one pure syrup and one sugar free and did not receive any sugar free syrup. Do biscuits not come with online orders as well?

My food took an extra 15-20 minutes to be prepared. Whenever I did receive my food, my steak was burnt and dry and my fresh fruit wasn't even placed into a food container. It was all dropped into a plastic bag. I'm also not sure if the supply was low or if someone just forgot, but there wasn't any jelly in my bag either. I was very dissatisfied with the service.
