for my sides I was fairly sure it was meant to have 2 pancakes, but I only had 1 in my order. and they didn't confirm that order was ready for pickup on the app. my food was waiting for God knows how long before I walked in to ask them. also the watermelon lemonade was way too strong with flavoring. I had to water it down because it felt like they accidentally put too much flavor concentrate in it.
asked for extra Ranch but didn't get it. asked for sawmill gravy on Mashed potatoes but got brown gravy that tasted like dirt. meat on one of the kids Lil' Barrel Cheeseburgers didn't even cover half the bun
the Peach Cobbler was just peach pie filling that's it. that's not a peach cobbler. The Iced Caramel Latte didn't even get not even a call or text to ask if I wanted something else very disappointed about this and I did even get a discount for not getting my ICL .
fried pickles burnt-inedible. missing items(chocolate milk for kids meal and cornbread muffins for chicken meal). Mashed potatoes looked and tasted like they were a couple days old. very disappointed in the quality of my food
Gravy for my Mashed potatoes was like it had been sitting all day...kinda gross. cornbread muffins extremely hard
Ordered TWO orders of okra and paid about $8.00, terrible and inconsistent amounts! I barely got one container but paid for 2 . $8.00 for a little handful of okra. Disappointed
ordered biscuits and gravy they gave me the biscuits in a bad and gravy in a tiny cup, how does one eat this?
I like the food but they messed up my order. They gave me a half empty container of coffee. I had asked for a side of strawberries and was given the strawberry syrup instead. Disappointed this time around.
with my sirloin I had mashed potatoes which were not even that mashed/very dry and there wasn't enough gravy to even eat the dry mashed potatoes. my broccoli isn't how I remember when I have eaten it in the restaurant. The meat for the grandma plate was very dry too and tasteless. I love Cracker Barrel and I am so disappointed today's meal was not as I remember them being.
