Our dinners were cold, the food was not fresh, and some of the items were overcooked and rock hard. Gravy as thick as cement mix. We needed a good meal and we were so disappointed.

eggs were not cooked correctly. missing condiments (who forgets the syrup when you order pancakes???). steak fries were burnt.
Waited 20 minutes past the pickup time, eggs looked like the grill hasn't been cleaned in awhile despite it being early morning.
Meatloaf was raw and order brought was wrong. Will not order again.
the shrimp was undercooked, Crispy Rockin' Shrimp Extras and the sausage was burnt.
Ordered the roast beef. It was SUPER DRY and gristly, very chewy. Not fork tender and falling apart like advertised. Total waste of money, especially for the price. Cashier was rude and took forever to help me.
My Chicken n' Dumplins arrived and they're like slime and no seasoning! My daughter's on the other hand perfect! Not happy to be eating this after 8hrs on the road.
Sawmill Gravy looked and tasted like it had been sitting for days. Lil' Barrel Cheeseburgers overcooked and buns were hard. didn't receive any condiments, even the ones listed with the meals I ordered. worst order I ever received from them
